Yes! We carefully curate products that meet safety standards. However, always supervise young children during play, especially with small parts.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by region:

  • USA & Canada: 10–18 business days
  • UK & Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–25 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above $30. Orders below $30 have a flat shipping rate.

How do I track my order?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
