- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. A 5% cancellation fee applies for personal cancellations.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
